Q. Where are your products made?
A. Most of our products are made here in South Korea. Some are made by larger manufacturers here, but most are made by small, family owned companies. All of the companies we work with employ fair labor practices.

Q. What is the minimum order?
A. Our minimum wholesale order is $150.

Q.What discounts do you offer for large orders?
A.We offer discounts based on your total order volume, method of payment, and the current exchange rate of US dollar to Korean won. You can find full details at this page. Please note that sale items, wholesale lots, and closeouts are already reduced in price and may be excluded from further discounts.

Q. Can I order other colors than are shown in the store?
A. In order to simplify the ordering process and ensure that you receive exactly the same item as shown on our website, we stock most items in only 1-4 colors. Most pieces can be custom made in other stone or metal colors. Minimum orders for stock designs with color modifications are usually 12 pieces per color in each model. Please contact us before purchasing with the item code and your preferred color, and we will let you know if it is available. For some items, assorted colors may be available.

Q. Do you have a printed catalog?
A. As we add new items to our website frequently, we do not produce a printed catalog. However, we can send a CD with our full catalog of photos. Please note that many of the items on this CD are by special order only, and minimums will apply. Most of the items we have in stock are shown on the website.

Q. Do you have other items than what is shown in the store?
A. If there are other items you are looking for, please contact us and we can source them here in Korea. Orders of items not in our catalog may have minimum requirements ranging between 1-10 dozen, depending on the item. If you require custom designs made to your specifications, minimums range from 200-1,000 pieces per design, depending on the item.

Q. Do you send samples?
A. We do not provide samples free of charge. However, it is possible for you to place a trial order at the wholesale rates.

Q. What types of payments do you accept?
A. At this time, we can accept credit cards or e-checks via PayPal. For wholesale orders, we can also accept a T/T in U.S. dollars to our South Korean bank. We do not process credit cards, but will add this feature in the future.

Q. How do I know you received my order?
A. After completing checkout, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with the details of your invoice. Please check this to make sure if it is correct and contact us within 24 hours if you have any questions or changes. As this is an automatically generated e-mail, some e-mail systems may send it to your junk box. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please check your junk box and add Oriental Treasures as a contact to ensure that future e-mails come to your inbox.

Q. What are your shipping rates and what shipping methods do you offer?
A. We ship most orders via Korea Post airmail, which generally takes 7-14 days, or by EMS express mail, which takes 4-6 days. Shipping costs are based on the size of your order. Free shipping is available for orders over $250 by airmail or over $1,000 by EMS express mail. You may also specify an alternative shipping carrier, but must provide an account number for shipping charges. For very large wholesale orders, we can also ship via air or sea cargo.

Q. How long do orders take to be shipped?
A. We try to ship all orders within 1-3 days after receipt of payment. If part of your order is out of stock, we may wait until the backordered items are ready before shipping. In this case we will contact you to notify you of the expected shipping date. Wholesale orders requiring production to order are usually shipped 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment, though this can vary by product.

Q. How will I know my order has shipped?
A. After we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with the details of your order and the tracking number. Q. What is your return policy?
A. We guarantee your satisfaction 100%. All returns are accepted unconditionally, but you must notify us within two weeks after receiving your order if there is a problem. Only the purchase price will be refunded, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
