Oriental Treasures is committed to protecting your privacy. We respect the information you share with us as personal and confidential. Any information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order and for communication directly with you. We will not share or sell any of your information to any third party. We do use the information we collect to notify you about new product or special offers. If you would rather not receive these messages, please send us an e-mail with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.

Product Availability

We try our best to keep the content in our website up to date. We do accept wholesale orders for jewelry that we have made to order to your specifications. In some cases, the manufacturers may be unable to produce these pieces. In such a case, any unavailable pieces will be removed from your order and the rest of your order sent. Your order total will be adjusted accordingly and we will issue a credit for the balance.

Discounts & Payment Methods

At this time, we can accept credit cards or e-checks via PayPal. For wholesale orders, we can also accept a T/T in U.S. dollars to our South Korean bank. We do not process credit cards, but will add this feature in the future. Please visit this page for information on wholesale discounts.

Shipping Policy

We ship most orders via Korea Post airmail. Shipping is calculated based on the size of your order, and is free for orders over $250. Please allow 7-14 days for shipment of your order.

We can also ship via EMS express mail at your request. Express shipping charges are based on the size of your order, and are free for orders over $1,000. Though this service takes 4-6 days for delivery, please allow one week as we may need 2-3 days to prepare your order. You may also specify an alternate carrier or shipping method, but must provide account numbers for shipping charges.

As we are located in South Korea, we cannot accept C.O.D. for any orders. If your order has been damaged during shipping, please retain and photograph the original packaging for insurance claims purposes. Shipping charges are not refundable for any returns.

Return Policy

We inspect all items prior to shipping and guarantee all items to be free from manufacturer's defects. We guarantee your satisfaction 100% and accept returns unconditionally within 14 days from receipt of your order. We will not accept returns after 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be sent with appropriate packing materials to ensure that they arrive in their original condition. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns of wholesale orders. Please mark the customs form as returned goods, and send returns via a carrier with a tracking service to:

All returns must be in original condition. Loss of stones, broken prongs or any other damage caused by accident or abuse is not covered. Custom manufactured orders are not returnable.
